The success of automated distributors developed by API Tech is growing consistently in France.

First with the pizza then with the baguette, these machines, respectful of the artisan’s product, appeal to more and more customers. Encouraged by this success, the managing director of API Tech, Frédéric Deprun, is extending the concept internationally with other products.

Conquering London

In August 2018, API Tech opened a trade office in London. Its offer is focused on the Julia Smart Pizza that is an automatic pizza distributor. The UK market promises great potential as the Smart Pizza distributor matches the British habits.  In order to establish its presence in England, Smart Pizza will be the exclusive automated equipment partner to the “European Pizza and Pasta Show” from 13th to 15th November 2018 in London.

Reliability and connectivity

With the company's in-house engineering department, API Tech manufactures its distributors from A to Z. Whether at a technical level or at a practical level, the engineers and technicians, experts in industrial mechanics and IT, work all together for a successful outcome. On the operators side, the machine can be managed remotely with the AT Web app and stock can be checked in order to make sure that the pizzas are produced accordingly. With a machine well made, API Tech continues to expand.

Created in 2004, API Tech specialises in electrics, automated machines, industrial IT and development of special machines. Since 2016, API Tech has turned to “food tech” and has developed the Smart Pizza and Smart Baguettes.

The company is based in Pompey (France) and is composed of 15 people. The overall turnover for the year 2017 is 1M€ and is expecting 3M€ for the year 2018.
